Good quality, not a great fit for Reface
kbvw 20.05.2021
Using this for a Reface DX as it seemed a bit more robust than the Yamaha softcase.

Pros:
+ Sturdy case, good manufacturing quality.
+ Comfortable handle, easy to carry. (No strap or hooks to attach a strap though.)

Cons:
- Seems like it's not really made for the Reface. The length and width match well with the Reface, but the case is much higher. Because of this, the Reface moves around and 'falls over' inside the case when you carry it.
- Only some foam padding on the bottom, but nothing on the sides or top, leaving the moving Reface to bump into the hard sides.

Overall, not recommended for Reface 'out of the box'. However, I found some fabric in the supermarket to use as an internal 'sleeve', and now it works well: this provides just a bit of padding and fills up the space so it doesn't move around. Also creates a buffer between the Reface and accessories (for which the extra space is a good thing).

Still 4 stars as I got it working well for me and the quality is good, so I'm happy. But be aware of the mediocre fit when you buy.

Pricey, but worth it
Unge 31.01.2022
I'd been in the market for a Reface transport case and since the original Yamaha one had been unavailable and cheaper ones seemed flappy, I chose this one despite the higher price. And I love it. The case is sturdy, yet gentle for the instrument inside. The included net for cables etc. comes handy too. So far no issues and I would recommend this to anyone.

S
A solid case for both Keystep 37 and the Reface series
Snoopwinkle 22.11.2024
I was looking for an alternative for Yamaha's own Reface gigbags that were available, to be able to safely transport both my Reface CP and DX for gigs and jam sessions. This Analog Cases Case did not disappoint. Sturdy materials, nice carrying handle and lightweight. I do however like to note that both my Refaces and the Keystep 37 that i got after buying this case, do need some extra foam or cloth padding to keep the keyboard inside from rocking back and forth. Without the padding, it doesn't move that much, but you can feel it. Other than that, it's a nice case with a handy compartment on the inside for cables and other accessories. I'd recommend this one if you have a Reface, Keystep 37 or even an M32 (with some padding on the side) you can't go wrong with this one.

T
Nice case for Reface/Keystep 37
TomNL 05.07.2021
I bought this case to be able to take my Keystep 37 or Reface DX with me.
The Reface is a very good fit.
The Keystep is a more loose fit, but not problematic.
There are some foam pieces in the package can be used to fill up the gap.
The compartment is handy for cables and adapters.

No cheap solution, in both price and quality.
