Die sind leicht und schnell anzubringen. Beim Einsatz im Orchester fällt positiv auf dass der Snareteppich kaum anspricht, wenn beispielsweise der Posaunensatz eine Stelle in der Probe anspielt. Dort wo der Snareteppich am Ende aufliegt wird das Fell geschont.
