Was given an old violin in a very sorry state, needed much love and repairs. One thing was the old bridge was bent, spent too many years not being straightened, it work for a time, but eventually broke in two parts. I saw options for cheaper bridges, but this was well worth the extra, the sound difference was amazing and really brought my violin to live.
Yes, need to cut the bridge down to right size, sand the feet to mach the violin, and shave it thinner.
Not a bridge you can just simply replay, but like all bridges, have to be worked to match the violin. However, I love this bridge
