A very nice add on to my studio equipment, speeding up the process of audio editing in my DaVinci Resolve workflow.
Still missing features, but maybe they will pop up when I get to know the unit better (only used it for a few month's)

Für Mixing/Automation mit Davinci Resolve gibt es nichts besseres

Wer einfacher und vor allen dingen schneller mixing/automation/sweetening mit Davinci Resolve machen möchte kommt an dem den Fairlight Desktop Editor nicht vorbei.

Wer allerdings viel Audio editing machen möchte sollte sich vorher den Fairlight Audio Editor anschauen da dies nicht eine stärke von diesem Gerät ist. (Bisher verkauft Thomann nicht den Fairlight Audio Editor und auch nicht die anderen Konsolen von Fairlight. Schade.)

Auf jeden Fall kann ich berichten das der Fairlight Desktop Console und der Fairlight Audio Editor gut miteinander zusammenarbeiten wenn die Fairlight Desktop Console direkt and den FAE per Ethernet angeschlossen wird (der FAE hat drei Ethernet ports und fungiert als Switch).

Ausserdem ist preislich sehr positiv vorzuheben, daß man im vergleich zu den traditionellen Fairlight Konsolen sehr viel Geld spart, insbesondere was den HDMI Output betrifft.

Ein schönes und praktisches Gerät was auch gut verarbeitet ist. Ich bin zufrieden.
