Well, what can you say about a piece of fabric?
First, it's sturdy material. And it fits pretty snug. So that's good.
Thing is; it would be nice if you could somehow leave your power and other cables on the back connected. It should be possible with a flap and some velco I think. I might make it myself.
If you think that's just ridiculous, you may be right... Depends on how you use it I guess.
I have the amp in a practice/rehearsal room where I like to cover stuff up when I'm leaving. Now I need to unplug my guitar (no problem), but also the power, line out and effects loop... And the amp is on a stand. So it's tempting to leave the cover off...
Another thing; I think the price for the embroidered logo is just a tad steep. Because that is what your are paying for. Materials alone would probably set you back 10EUR or something.
