Solid Sounding Chrome Beauty
SongRemains 07.03.2016
This is a great value head.I didn't expect it to be as great as it is.You may have spent more on a pedal and been disappointed.
It is a lot of fun.I connect to a 1x12 Marshall cab and it sounds not too far from a Vox NT/Orange Tiny Terror. Classy attenuation and lovely headroom.Pedals. in front sound great too.Bugera have really come on a lot.The quality is solid and the head is built like a chrome tank.
Thomann delivered to me in about 2 days and that was me ordering on a weekend I am thankful for such superb service.
This is a must- buy ! From Thomann !

Bought as a backup, kept using it!
Bobcatblooze 03.10.2020
My Marshall JTM head died (it just needed new tubes thankfully) and I decided to buy one of these to sit on top of my cab and use at home whilst I sorted the JTM out.
This thing is great! It sounds very tubey and takes my pedalboard well. The reverb is also better than some pedals I’ve owned over the years.
There’s no fx loop or DI out but I don’t use those anyway. Also, the gain knob is needed to be turned up in order to increase volume when the “phat” button isn’t pushed in. But it keeps some headroom and I prefer to use it that way with pedals pushing it.
The build quality is great and the fact it tells you when the tubes are on the way out and replacement ones don’t need to be biased was another bonus. (Replacing the tubes on the Marshall head was expensive and awkward).
I still use this for bedroom playing and have taken it to open mic nights and used it with a cab at the venue to ensure I keep my tone but don’t have to carry much.
Highly recommended, excellent value for money.

Great little amp. Surprisingly loud. Nice sparkly cleans. Drive sounds are quite mild.
Nice and warm. Takes pedals really well too.

Great 5W ->1W->0.1W lunchbox
Irzal 14.01.2022
Initially, I intended to buy a Harley Benton Tube15 combo (it packs a Celestion 70/80 speaker) for home based playing. However, for 50 Eur more, I went for this little chrome lunchbox and a Celestion 12" V30 speaker - and I think I hit the spot. Build quality and handling are great and easy. It sounds great through a V30 12" speaker, and handles a TS clone as a boost really nice together with the rest of the pedalboard. Power soak feature is a must for bedroom playing - and it works ellegantly. PHAT switch is interesting enough. The only disadvantage is the lack of digital-out for recording, but I'll hang a dynamic mic in front of the cabinet and plug it in the audiointerface. Overall, I think this is the best-buy all-tube head for bedroom blues/rock playing.

WOW, what an experience
Tommy Iommi my hero 21.05.2025
I easnt expecting much from a 5w amp so I thought I'd buy it and give it a try out in my flats front room. OMG it's so loud with a 12" speaker cabinet (from harley benton) I tried it at 1w again nice and loud and still a clear signal, the reverb and gain knows are easy to control and with a little tweaking here and there it give you a great sound, I must admit the 1w is loud enough for " at home practice" the 5w stands up for itself in the rehearsals room even with the drums playing, im sure bugera are a great amp higher up in price but for under 200 pounds I'm sure you can't spend it better than on this amp. I usually use a fender 50w champion in rehearsals but now it's changed to this super amp, plugged in my pedal board and GO it's super, it's lightweight and it's full tube what else does the guitar player want, buy, play and enjoying gave it 5 stars all around except for "features" ad it's not got much, I'd like a send and return, but fotbthe money I'd think its not able to please everyone's wants, all in all its a great amp you will not be disappointed once you switch it's power on, what are you waoting fir? Go on treat yourselves and buy it.
Normal Thomann expectancy, everything went to plan, from paying and being delivered it took 3 days, thank you yet again the workers of thomann

Great Little Head for Home Use
Sid Bonkers 09.04.2020
Wasn't sure what to expect from this little head but have been pleasantly surprised, running it through a small 1x10 cab with a Jenson speaker it sounds great at low volumes, so is perfect for home use.

Ive found that by setting it to the .1w setting and engaging the "Phat" button that it seems to put back the low end that is sometimes lost with other attenuated amps.

I cant talk about screaming rock or metal tones as I play mainly blues but for what I want this head does a pretty decent job and for the price is amazing.

This could be the amp Ive been looking for for years, one that I can get a good crunchy tone from at very low volume that doesn't upset the neighbors or even the wife in the next room, so far its perfect.

So much value and varm tone
Stonerman 22.12.2021
Bought this is a bedroom rocker. Plugged into a 1x12 V30 cab. It's all I could ever need. I mostly run it at 1 watt with the fat switch engaged. Gives a nice, warm crunch that a boost with different drives. With phat-switched on or off it takes pedals really well. At 5 watts with a decent cab it gets quite loud. I think you could hang with a drummer for some classic rock jamming. The reverb is also surprisingly useful. No effect-loop but at this price/size I can live without. Plus it looks awesome and so far the build quality seems great.

EL
Big amp sound in little package
Earl Langoustine 21.09.2020
Our nearby hourly rehearsal rooms have big Marshall cabinets that you can crank, with puny solid state amps. Lame! Enter the Bugera T5 Infinium, a lightweight yet beefy tube amp that fits in a backpack! Gives you a clean tone that sounds great loud, which sounds so nice when you push it so it's just breaking up. The fat switch gives it more gain, so you get a thick overdriven tone, which you can also attenuate - really nice. Do 'em a favor and get two - one for the clean tone, one distorted, going through two separate speakers - just like your favorite shoegaze bands of yesteryear. Bam!

Bougera Infinium T 5

Super tête d'ampli. Complète à souhait pour un ampli de cette taille et à ce prix.
Je m'en sert avec un box Celestion gold blue 12".
Petite suggestion --> une sortie enregistrement serait la bienvenue.
Conclusion, je le conseille vivement ! Et encore plus si vous l'utilisez dans un appartement.
