These are hands down my favorite guitar strings ever!

They can be a bit harsh for your fingers if you're used to a smaller string gauge, or if you're a beginner, like they were for me, when I first tried them.

I don't know if I'm imagining it, but IMO these strings give you slightly more bottom-end to your guitar sound. Maybe it has something to do with the pickups reacting differently to the bigger string gauge...?

They are sturdy, and do not break easily, if you restring your guitar properly (one set lasted me for many months because i was lazy, and didn't feel like changing them :)). I suggest you still change the strings once every one or two months, since after some time, and especially if you play your guitar daily like I do, they start to sound flat. A new set of strings can make the guitar sound so much better.

I would recommend these for anyone. Personally I play blues, rock and some jazz, and these strings suit those styles just fine. These strings are totally worth the price.

Benutze die Saiten auf einer Les Paul.
Die Saiten halten sofort die Stimmung und fühlen sich vom Material her angenehm an. Das sich alle Saiten durch die angepassten Saitenstärken von der härte her alle gleich anfühlen ist am Anfang ein wenig ungewöhnlich, man gewöhnt sich aber schnell daran und dann sind sie sehr gut zu spielen. Der Ton ist ausgewogen und die Qualität hervorragend. Ich benutze nach vielen getesteten Saiten verschiedenster Marken mittlerweile nur noch NYXL Saiten in verschiedenen Stärken und auf verschiedenen Gitarren und bin absolut zufrieden.
Balanced Tension Saiten sind bestimmt nicht für jeden etwas, aber auf alle Fälle ein antesten Wert.
Preis ist relativ hoch, aber man bekommt dafür klasse spielbare und lang haltbare Saiten.

Partendo dal fatto che credo che la scelta delle corde sia la cosa più soggettiva nel mondo della chitarra, sono passato dalle NYXL1046 alle 1050BT su Les Paul nel momento in cui ho deciso di dedicare questa chitarra al jazz. Avendo il ponte fisso non ho avuto grossi problemi nell'adattarmi nei bending e trovo il suono generale migliore, oltre che molto più comodo sotto le mani per il genere in questione. La chitarra da spenta suona come un'acustica e il timbro di queste corde è davvero qualcosa di eccezionale. La durata è un altro parametro che voglio sottolineare: non sono costretto a cambiare corde ogni 1/2 mesi suonando ogni giorno, basta pulirle con un panno asciutto e mantengono bene la resa

Cordes de très bonne facture, très bonne tenue de l'accordage et très bonne durée de vie (j'avais tendance à faire rouiller mes cordes en une semaine de jeu avant d'avoir trouvé ce qu'il me fallait).

Depuis, fidèle à D'Addario, je ne joue pratiquement que sur des NYXL et je recherchais un set pour un accordage en D#-Standard sur une SG, donc diapason "court", tout en gardant une bonne souplesse de jeu.

Seul (tout petit) bémol, n'existe pas en boite de 3 jeux.
