Great sounding cab

We pair this with our Darkglass Microtubes head and it really moves! It is a very loud cab. Be mindful that it's only load impedance option is 4 Ohms. It is smaller than, say, an ampeg 410 (it's a bit harder to move also, as it is heavy and doesn't have rolling wheels underneath) and a bit more expensive too, but if you can afford it it delivers a huge and quite punchy sound.

Ich benutze die Box seit ein paar Monaten mit einem Darkglass AO 900 Topteil und bin bisher ziemlich zufrieden.

Key Facts:
+ sehr leicht und kompakt
+ direkter,fokussierter und neutraler Sound (wenig Klangfärbung)
+ regelbares Horn (mein Favorit ist allerdings die "neutral"-Stellung)
+ Klang verändert sich auch bei hohen Lautstärken nicht
+ Box verträgt die hohe Leistung moderner Amps (1000W / 4 Ohm)
+ Sehr gut vearbeitet, Carbon Fiber sieht gut aus (mal kein Standard Black :)

- Preis schon anspruchsvoll
- Hülsen für Rollen sind verbaut, Rollen werden nicht mitgeliefert (wäre aus meiner Sicht angebracht bei dem Preis)

Wenn man eine moderne Box sucht die gleichzeitig die Leistung moderner Amps verträgt kann man eigentlich (vom Preis abgesehen) bedenkenlos zugreifen.

J'ai utilisé ce baffle directement pour un enregistrement.
Juste avant je l'ai connecté, j'ai allumé ma tête 500 watts RMS et mis le gain et le volume à un peu moins de la moitié, j'ai monté le volume de ma basse et commencé à jouer (au médiator) pour voir ce que ça donnait. Incroyable!
Les deux autres membres du groupe dans lequel je joue ont tourné la tête bouche bée, en me regardant "bassouiller" et en écoutant le son.
En réécoutant mon enregistrement, je peux dire que ce baffle restitue sans problème les mediums basse (ça ronronne, ça gronde et c'est bien défini !!!), que l'utilisation du tweeter est très intéressante. Lorsque vous jouez en répétition les HP vous restituent un punch qui vous laisse sans voix.
La finition est très belle, simplement il faudra voir si la qualité va de paire avec traversée du temps...
Bref, le kraken au bout des cordes...
