REVIEW AFTER MONTHS OF USE
roadscratcher 22.01.2019
BOX: it comes in a sturdy carton box with a mould for the mouthpice and i still use it as a case after couple months
DESIGN: the mouthpiece itself is very well made; no sharp edges or anything wrong with it
FEEL: it seats very nice on the lips; i had a 24AW(very rounded mouthpiece) before and this one is just normal...it felt a bit weird and had numb lips at first try but i got used to it quickly; the sound is more precise now
SOUND: it has a very clear sound not too muddy, not too thin...you controll it by your embouchure easily
REGISTERS: lower notes blow easily and sound strong; middle notes are the best for basslines and riddms; the upper notes sound just rigt and focused likea it should

VERDICT: highly recomanded

Powerful Sound Heritage
David4648 15.05.2016
Over the years I have collected and used quite a few Tuba mouthpieces. All have their strong points, but I have to admit this well made Denis Wick 2L Heritage mouthpiece is for me most comfortable and can produce a wonderful powerful sound without causing playing fatigue.

une embouchure ouverte pour un son ouvert
Alain67 14.11.2013

Runder, uriger, knackiger Sound
