Der DW Dogbone ist schon eine geniale Erfindung.
Man kann damit enorm platzsparend viele Becken oder Ähnliches anbringen. Dieser Quick verschluss oben ist ebenfalls sehr gut und praktisch. Was mich allerdings ärgerte war, dass man dieses Teil meineen Erfahrungen nach NUR auf DW Hardware schrauben kann.

Ich habe Tama Roadpro Hardware und einige Sonor Beckenarme, womit der Dogbone NICHT kompatibel ist, also aufpassen!

Die Flexibilität mit dem "Dogbone" ist wirklich unglaublich und man kommt ständig auf neue Aufbau-Ideen ohne Zeit zu verlieren. Alles hält bombenfest ohne Kraft aufwenden zu müssen. Ist zwar teuer als andere Hersteller, jedoch rechnet sich das durch Einsparung von weniger Tom- bzw. Beckenständer. Da ich eigentlich kein DW-Set besitze, jedoch das ein oder andere Mal in den Genuss eines solchen kommen konnte, war ich von der praxistauglichkeit schon seit längerer Zeit voll überzeugt.

The dw dogbone has been around for 30 years and is still going strong.

This works great with something llke the dw 9900 double tom stand.
Beware that the dogbone clamp only mounts to an L-arm that is about 12 mm thick.

Very expensive item, but the chroming is top notch. The plastic lever for tilt adjustment works fine. It is more fragile than a steel wingnut though.
