Although i'm not a big fan of opera, i've always had a weakness for synthesized voice sounds and so i had to give this a try.
EastWest provides good quality, but the installation does take some time as you must use a Installation Center and Play Software to get it working in a DAW. A online manual does exsist but missed a necessary step for which i needed to contact E/W helpdesk. That went fine however.
There's a lot of samples i am not using, but the ah's, the oh's and the eeh's are great, especially when using effects on them. The effect possibilities manage to create some weird stuff, which is exactly what i was hoping for. ;-)
At first, i wasn't very fond of the Play Software, but getting to know it better, it gives a lot of tweaking opportunities. Maybe a little expensive for the few samples i am using, but nevertheless a fine addition to my sound library. And thanks to Thomann, who reduced its price, because i believe it used to be more expensive when it first was released.
