Wouldn't recommend this amp for mere home/practice use, as it packs a lot of power. There are a lot of features, however due to small size I felt that there were compromises on functionality/usability of these features. Unfortunately mine arrived a bit faulty (one of the eq knobs), and at this price point it was disappointing. Therefore the knobs don't seem that reliable, and the push buttons seem a bit wobbly. Especially the A/B channel volume trim knobs seem like something straight out from gardening line equipment. They were cheap white plastic, nothing like in the picture, so perhaps they forgot to add the real knobs in the factory or used some cheap substitutes? The unit also seems a bit fragile, so be careful when transporting it. I actually also have to mention that the fan was a bit too audible for my taste and it was running all the time, as I was expecting a more quiet one, but it won't probably effect anything unless you are room mic'ing with very low volume. For me this unit seemed a bit overpriced, as the build quality was not what I expected. I liked the sound from headphones and I think the compressor worked better with headphones than with cabinet (Eich 1210s). Didn't care for the eq section, but the "taste" knob was really nice. Hi boost was very hissy with tweeters (as well as treble/eq) and low boost was not really worth it for the cabinet and 4-string bass. With 5-string and better cabinet it will surely be a lot better. If you don't need the full 1000W for 4 Ohm or 2x 500w for 2 Ohm and internal compressor and other bells&whistles, but like the sound, I think most people are better off with T-300/500/900. If you play 5-string or 6-string and have superior cabinets and will play very loudly, this could serve you better.
