These strings are worth the price and feel great to play. I swear by Elixir strings as they give me the tone that I like and durability that I can rely on. I am more than happy with the price of strings. As you get strings that make you want to play guitar as well as strings that will last for months before your guitar needs a restring.

Od wielu lat używam we wszystkich moich gitarach (elektryki i akustyki) struny Elixir , a jeśli chodzi o struny optiweb 09-42 super light to używam ich głównie w gitarach typu strat i tele ponieważ z tymi strunami te gitary oddają dźwięk tych gitar . Optiweb mają jeszcze cieńszą powłokę od strun nanoweb i polyweb i z tego powodu mają jeszcze bardziej zbliżyć się do naturalnego brzmienia a tym samym czucie pod palcami jest zachowane ze wszystkimi walorami strun Elixir. Jeśli chodzi o trwałość strun Elixir nawet po miesiącu intensywnego grania i tego że gitara odpoczywa na stojaku nie czuć utraty brzmienia. W porównaniu do strun niepowlekanych podczas grania struny Elixir nie powodują żadnych niepożądanych dźwięków "świszczenia". W niektórych moich gitarach , które mniej używam te struny mam jeszcze przez dużo dłuższy czas bez wymiany i dlatego polecam te struny - biorę gitarę ze stojaka lub z futerału i gitara jest gotowa do grania i to jest piękne. W sklepie Thomann jest tak duży wybór tych strun że można wybrać różne typy strun Elixir dla potrzeby gitarzysty.
