Great for the looks
Anonymous 25.04.2015
This bridge cover looks great on pretty much and Jaguar (or indeed Jazzmaster) with the appropriate bridge to fit on to, giving a classic vintage vibe. It does help play trickier lines without accidentally muting certain strings, but does actually make it more difficult, in fact nearly impossible, to palm mute properly when you want. The only downside I had was that it was slightly too big for my Japanese Jaguar bridge, so I had to squeeze the sides in a little so that it would cling on. In time, I will probably also file away some of the metal from the string side as it nearly catches on my low E string.

Fits on a factory bridge if you shape it slightly with pliers but doesn't fit on my Staytrem bridge:-((

Cool and useless

It makes damping strings a bit harder but it just looks great. I bought it purely for aesthetic reasons and for that only, it was worth its price. It looks absolutely brilliant on a Jag.

Doesn't do much but then again — it's not supposed to.
