This stand does the job that it is supposed to do and it looks decent. It is sufficiently stable (haven't had any issues yet), all parts that touch the guitar are covered wiht foam. I do find that it could have two issues:
1) If anything nudges the guitar or stand from the back then it doesn't take much to tip it over. It does not have substantial weight or a really wide base in the back to ensure it doesnt fall. But if you keep it against the wall, then it will do the job just fine.
2) It has a rubber loop on the top to keep the guitar in the fork. It works alright, but you still have to fix the rubber loop in place every time you put the guitar in the stand. It doesn't take any real effort, but there are stands with better solutions (either a plastic gate you can twist in place that feels more secure than this stand has or some automatic gates that lock in place as soon as you put the guitar in the stand).
In general, it does the job, it has a way how to lock the guitar neck, but there are more convenient options available.
