t
good quality of materials, REALLY needs a setup tho...
tcamps 06.10.2021
Really solid bass!
from the middle of the neck up, all the notes went out of tune. so a setup is a must.

The sound however.. is a little thin sounding, the pickups are very bright sounding and you need to turn the tone knob mid way to get a smoother tone.
The sound has NOTHING to do with the Fender version, don't be fooled. I have both.

H
Great bass for the price
Haik5 31.08.2021
It's a great bass if you are looking for something small...I mean it feels like a toy compared to my other basses. Ideal for travelling... decent sound especially with flat wounds. very vintage feel, i like it, it's light- a bit neck heavy cause the head keeps bowing down if you dont support it with your hand. I am not sure if the Mexican Fender Mustang is of a better quality... I would say they are the same.... I wouldn't say they are cheap though... 400 euro is still quite a budget nowadays considering all the possibilities of other brands... but if a tiny vintage bass is what you want than can't go wrong with this one. the smooth neck is the best part of it!

A
Amazing bass`
Alekss 26.05.2021
Ok, in a nutshell:
Quality - For a SQ it was just perfect, good quality control.
Sound - The crispy Vintage tone is just tasty, feeling every note. Before getting Fender version of this, compare the sound, trust me you might like SQ even more.

As t his is my first short scale I'm absolutely loving it. Was skeptical about short scale before ordering but after few months playing I'm now happy I got this.

The only Con is that if you're playing through small amp, you will be a little annoyed by the Single coil Hum, but through the cabinet it's barely there so I'm suggesting this product, very fun to play and sounds amazing.

Nice Bass, Great value
jmmm 16.08.2021
As a guitar player, I must say that this one is a quite easy one to play and get around with. I own a bronco bass and this is clearly an improvement. It was great out of the box, though the original strings weren't that good but I usually set it up anyway. It mostly has a 'round or 'rubbery' tone, which I is quite distinctive. No as clear and define and clear-cut as some P-basses I've tried before, but then again if I wanted a P-bass I would just get one. This one has its own feeling and I think that that's what makes it a nice one for its price.
On top of it all, this thing looks amazing.
