It's my pride and joy...

I bought this songbook because I'm a big fan of texas blues, especially Stevie Ray Vaughan's style. Every song comes with a lengthily description that helps you to get the right feeling into those songs. You don't have to learn how to read notes, there's everything also included as tabs.

I don't recommend this book to beginners. Sometimes there are difficult licks, too difficult for beginners.

I really enjoy learning the songs from this book because every single note is written in it. After a few times of plaiyng it, they sound almost as on the records. For sure, you just can't learn the expressions of SRV, but you can create your own style, basing on SRV's work.

If you're into Texas Blues, just buy this one. It's a good one. If you haven't heard about Stevie Ray Vaughan yet, his records are worth listening. From all the guitarists I've heard, he's one of my favourites. He's got everything thats necessary to be a good guitarst.

And with this book, you may be able to catch a tiny piece of the master's magic.

Anständige Backingtracks, Transkriptionen in Ordnung
