HK Audio Lucas Nano 300 Roller Bag

I think this is an important purchase for your nano 300. Yes you can get away with the supplied dust cover but protection will be minimal if the nano gets a knock on a wall or a door etc.Before long you'd probably find a number of scratches and dents in your nano. The Roller bag is well padded and offers superior protection for your system as well as the option to store a few extras like cables, power leads etc. It's important to note that the majority of the photos of this bag are WRONG! The handle you see on top of the lid of the bag doesn't exist. I contacted HK about this and they told me this was just a proto-type photo and that the handle seen was impractical and very uncomfortable to use. Instead, they put a carry handle on both sides of the bag. Just something to be aware of when you order. Very lazy of HK not to change their promotional images for this - however, that's their choice. One of the most useful things about the bag is the shoulder strap, which I found myself using the most. The wheels can come in handy at certain times but generally I found the over shoulder option left me free to carry a lot more stuff with my free hands. It's a nice design with the retractable handle and generally sturdy. A good choice if you want easy carrying and to keep your nano in tip top shape.

I have used my Nano for several acoustic gigs and also for some medium sized group singing lessons. Some of these venues are up stairs. The roller bag makes transporting your Nano a breeze.

The quality is fantastic. The fabric is quite course, hard wearing and the padding is very thick. The zips are all chunky too. The extending trolley handle and wheels are all heavy duty and make transportation effortless. There is a strap with a contoured shoulder pad which is superb when you encounter some stairs. There are also two carry handles, one each side. These are ideal for lifting it into your car. This definitely feels like it will last a long, long time and stand up to the rigours of gigging/teaching etc.

It is very reassuring to know your investment is protected whilst stored/transported too.
