Having previously used those nightmare Stairville Holdon MINI clips for years on our backdrop (lost too many bits of them to count) I was pleased to see that there was now a slightly more expensive alternative on the market to consider. The MIDI clips are far superior in design and way stronger. Managed to rig a front of stage curtain for an open ended marquee stage using these, a single tensioned wire, some Spannfix cables, 2 x 3 metre Stairville Stage curtain sections and some standard metal curtain rings from ebay... worked amazingly all day over 20 open/close trips with not one failure. EXCELLENT PRODUCT.

Make an eyelet out of any fabric and doesn?t damage the fabric.
Brilliant. Have been using for years. The biggest problem I have is minding them and stopping crew talking them home accidentally in there pockets. Have 100s of them.
If you use draping there part of an essential tool kit.

Holds fast

..which is what it should do. It is also easy to fasten and easy to release.
I've used it with the Stairville Stage Curtain (3x3m) and bought 4 of these clips. That's absolutely enough to fasten it somewhere. If you want to make sure the curtain is completely straightened, you might want to use more of the clips.
