Hyvä idea - huono toteutus

Basso saapui minulle vakavasti viallisena. Kaulamikki ei toiminut ollenkaan, eli ainoastaan tallamikki poimi ääntä ja jos blend-säätimen käänsi kokonaan kaulamikille, myös ääni katkesi kokonaan aivan kuin olisi kääntänyt volumen nollaan.
Havaitsin myös, että E-kielen talla oli peräpäästä lähes kokonaan irti.

Tämä oli suuri harmi, koska muilta osin basso tuntui todella mukavalta soittaa ja pelkällä tallamikilläkin soundi oli hyvä. Käsittämätöntä miten basso on tuossa kunnossa voitu päästää tehtaalta läpi ja aina asiakkaan käsiin asti, mutta onneksi Thomannille on melko helppo palauttaa vialliset tuotteet ja asiakaspalvelu pelaa tällaisissakin tapauksissa erinomaisesti.
