Even if it's a "Workshop" bass, for the price close to a "Premium" line Ibanez... the assembly quality is simply - not quite good. Maybe, it's a quality assurance issue at the assembly plant itself... Maybe, the best produced bass guitars goes elsewhere... I don't really know, but for this price tag certain expectations must be met! I'm telling this from the perspective of a hardcore "Ibanez" fan - I have 8 bass guitars at home, a "Prestige" and several "Premiums" among them...

Very good 5-string!!

Very good sounding bassguitar with a super fine HIFI sound!
Indeed a real Chameleon!
A bought this bass for the very clear and tight B-string.
But... the finish and the build quality isn't very good.
A tried 3 examples from Thomann and finally kept 1 bass.
All were very dusty (sawdust) and also the lacquer was'nt done properly. There where also issues with the voice switch which was connected backwards.
All and all a very good bass but not for the money.
