You can't get a better fitting case for your Randy Rhoads. The exterior is rock-solid molded ABS plastic, while the interior strikes the perfect balance between firmness and softness - it's got a nice smell too!
The air travel approved latches close smoothly, and it is with great confidence and trust that I lay my Randy Rhoads in it.
Unlike the V-shaped case that fits both Randy Rhoads and King V models, which, according to some owners, doesn't fit all models (some 24 frets RRs are reported not to fit, for instance), this bad boy is the perfect fit for all 6 and 7 string 22 or 24 fret guitars.
A bit expensive and leaning on the bulky/heavy side, but HIGHLY recommended.

Good quality but found some trouble!

I have a Jackson RR1 USA model and needed a hard case from Jackson to be sure that fits perfectly in.
Negative 1:
My guitar is equipped with dunlop strap-locks and the strap buttons from Dunlop are sticking out from the body a bit more than the original ones, so I had to force the upper horn of the guitar to go down and find it's way in the mold of the case. Was not hard because the case from inside is molded in a kind of styrofoam?! (as i guess from what i see)
Negative 2:
I find that the velvet cover\clothing inside that is glued on this styrofoam mold could be done better, because i found parts that is not glued 100% and you can actually pull it. (But that can be only in my case happening)
Positive 1:
Looks very nice, professional, well shaped and all.
Positive 2:
Has 2 extra parts to store guitar stuff than the older Jackson hard case for the RR models (which is 20 euros cheaper)
Positive 3:
Thick as a hard case should be and feels protective and that will do the job is supposed to do.
Hope that helps future buyers.

Great Jackson Guitar Case
Winter Wolf 26.01.2022
Finding a case wich suits a flying V or a Randy Rhoads model is not easy, not many models are for sale.
This case fit perfect for my Jackson Rhoads Guitar, plastic looks and feels very sturdy and solid. The latches are sturdy as well and locks the case very good and tight.
One downside, there are no feet or resting points on the lower end of the case, when you stand it upright. It rest wel upright but some small resting points would be better.
Great case i can recommend it.
