Solid pedal

It's meant to do just one thing and it does it very very well. The build quality is very high, it looks great and is very solid. Doesn't need power, just a patch lead. I use it with my Morning Glory V4 and it's just perfect. I would highly recommend this pedal. The only way it could be better would be if it came with the cable

Does the trick, but...

This remote definitely does the trick that you want it for. And is very useful coupled with something like the morning glory/double barell (in my case).

However, it does feel like the inside rattles a bit when I pick it up and give it a small shake. I'm not sure if it always did this or something has come loose (I've had it about a year). But I've never abused it or dropped it hard. And considering it costs more than you 'need' to spend on a small remote pedal serving this function, I expected it to serve it's purpose to perfection.

Nonetheless, it's an awesome little pedal-remote, it just looks the part and I don't regret buying it. I love JHS and even though they cost a bit more than bigger, non boutique companies, I will happily buy from them for their excellent innovation, quality (and I've been told, excellent customer service). Thanks!

When I saw the price of it I was thinking of making one myself instead (the circuit is super simple), but it would have cost the same price with everything considered. The price is a bit steep for what it is but it looks nice and functions well and is made well so I think it was worth it
