The saxophone and it’s keys look, feel, and sound good. Buying this was a huge upgrade for me: the ST-110 plays louder than my previous Stagg model, as well as having all the usual benefits of a new sax, such as fresh pads and unblemished lacquer. Overall this model feels really good to play. Additionally, I find that the included case is perfect for my needs, hitting the sweet spot between size and storage space. The only issue I encountered with this sax was that the included pull-through was too big for the instrument, which led my to buy a new one (though I am sure I would’ve gotten a replacement had I asked for it).

Innerlich etwas "gepolt" auf ein Yamaha-Alt-Sax erlebte ich im Shop DIE Überraschung: dieses Keilwerth ST-110 strahlte mich förmlich an. Nach zwei Stunden intensiver Auswahl-Arbeit hate es die Nase vorn. Dieser Sound ... "Testsieger" für mich, eindeutig. und deutlich günstiger als das von mir eigentlich angepeilte Sax von Yahama. Auch Ansprache und Features ganz oben. Die Verarbeitung: tadellos. Das Instrument von Thomann perfekt vorbereitet. Wie immer: beste Beratung der engagierten Mitarbeiterin!
