I am now carrying this excellent reed case to rehearsals and concerts of a couple of orchestras in London as well as to chamber music engagements. It is both elegant and practical and not too heavy. It is nice to have a choice of 12 reeds. I shall be very interested to see how it wears. The only weak point may be the leather hinge which holds the two parts of the case together. In a similar 6-reed case I used for maybe 20 years this finally broke down. If the present case lasts as long as that I shall be well
satisfied. As far as I can see this is a very good product at a reasonable price.

Quizás, para aquellos acostumbrados a usarlo, podría echarse en falta un humidificador. Yo, de momento, lo uso para guardar cañas de plástico (Légère Signature), así que no puedo opinar acerca de si es o no necesario.
Acerca de la estética, el único pero (si se puede considerar un pero) es que la cinta que debe sujetar las cañas en el interior del estuche está algo torcida, y no da tan buena imagen como si estuviera perfectamente alineada. Pero, personalmente, doy poca importancia a esos detalles, y si bien es cierto que mejorarían aún más el producto, creo que no es algo necesario para que éste funcione a la perfección, como de hecho hace.

endlich ein Etui in das man mal ne komplette "Schachtel" Blätter reinkriegt. Das Lederband hängt manchmal ein bisschen beim Einlegen der Blätter. Das geht mit Gummiband schneller. Wer aber Speed-Blatt-Wechsel in 1-1/2 Takten liebt, könnte hier Schwierigkeiten haben. ;)
