The product was perfect but not the service
Vincent Yao 06.11.2018
I totally love the instrument as well as the way Thooman packed it.
I am a bit surprise to the sounds of this small size guitar, it's fabulous and awesome.
Just a bit upset and not quite satisfied.
I know that this product was not included the gig bag, but I try to request something can contain my guitar that I could protect it easily in my handy baggage because I am a traveller but no one even answer my notation in the order that wether they can offer me or selling it with a better price or not.

Noted that the price of the instrument is even 2 or 3 times expenssive in compares with the same 1/8 guitar of other brands. (157 euros for a 1/8 size guitar is a bit frightful price!)

Une vraie guitare au format 1/8
JuliusTheFrog 04.11.2021

Verarbeitung wirkt billig.
