Having a good knob is having good control over your guitar
Fer.tah 01.12.2016
It looks like these tinny things can not drastically effect your playing. But man, it's so annoying when your knob is loose and when it's turning around the potentiometer shaft.
German engineering is famous worldwide, and it's not any different when it comes to Warwick products. This thing is so precise, and it grips excellent with your hands.
It has a screw which helps it stay on the pot shaft, and as I noticed, the screw is little bigger then on the other knobs, so you would need a bigger allen key (2mm). The mark, which happens to be a whole, can be convenient when you want to know where you are with your volume/tone.
Also, it doesn't fit on some thicker pot shafts without teeth. But it fits perfectly on regular pots you find on most guitars and basses.
I would highly recommend it!

Beware: May not fit 6mm pot shafts! Very poor QA.
midrange_presence 15.10.2022
The product itself is well machined, but beware that the QA on these is bad. I've bought 3 of these, and 1 of them was nowhere near a 6mm diameter hole. I bought it for my 2021 Warwick Thumb, and not only is the hole too small for the Warwick pot shafts, it's also too small for an EMG 6mm pot shaft. 2 of these I bought were absolutely fine though, so it's likely to be very poor batch QA from Warwick. If you must have an "authentic" Warwick part for your Warwick bass, prepare to go through a few of these before you actually get one which really is a 6mm diameter hole.

Perfect.
GavinD 09.02.2017
I needed new knobs for a Warwick streamer from 2001-the original hardware is looking a bit tired now.,I'm 'upgrading' the chrome hardware to black. I wanted to keep the new hardware all WARWICK branded if possible.
These Warwick Poti Knobs are metal with a smooth finished dome and knurled grip & has a screw which helps it stay on the pot shaft, the screw is a bit bigger then on some other replacement knobs, so you might need a bigger allen key (2mm). The mark, which happens to be a hole, can be convenient when you want to know where you are with your volume/tone.

The finish,Black Paint has no blemishes & is even all over the pot knob.

I would recommend these replacement knobs for anyone with a Warwick bass guitar if they want to keep Warwick parts on their bass.

Warwick Potiknob Metal 1B - Nice, but...
Anonymous 21.01.2017
I bought the Warwick metal potiknobs to replace the ones on my guitar, as they were old and the screws were impossible to tighten.
I went for Warwick, as normally the W quality satisfied my needs

PROS:
Sturdy, nice piece of potiknob, well finished

CONS:
When tightening the screw, the potiknob loses parallelism with the guitar body, hence it gets an unpleasant "whirlpool" movement instead of a smooth linear one (note that I also changed pots, and the new pots had the right cut that theoretically fitted with the potiknob)
Every one in a while I have to re-tighten the screw, otherwise the potiknob gets loose.

Al in all, I decided to replace them with a different model.
