Neutrik color coding system for NP2/NP3 jacks is just brilliant. one can use different colors for different lengths, destinations or whatever. sadly, one has to re-solder them, as the way to change the cap is to remove and reattach the jack.

does what it should, it's just a colored rear cap for a Neutrik jack, no more details needed.

I even didn't know that TR/TRS plugs have this kind of bushings. It's a useful thing especially when you have to reconnect a lot of TR/TRS plugs.
