Das Becken spricht durch die Thin-Ausführung sehr schnell an, und entfaltet bereits bei geringer Lautstärke seinen trashigen mit leichtem chinacharakter unterlegtem Sound. Ideal als Effektbecken mit Sticks oder Mallets gespielt für leisere bis mittlere Lautstärken. Wer es etwas kräftiger mag sollte die 18er Varianten in Thin oder Medium in Betracht ziehen.
Optisch macht das Becken durch die seidenmatte Optik auch noch was her und braucht sich klanglich und optisch nicht vor höherwertigen Serien der verschiedenen Hersteller verstecken.

J'ai acheté cette cymbale car à budget limité je ne pouvais pas investir dans une cymbale china digne de ce nom.
Quelle belle surprise cette PSTx... j'arrive à la frapper dans chaque morceau et cela permet de donner une coloration funk et groovy. Vraiment étonnant pour pas cher.
Je regrette de ne pas avoir pris une 18'' qui aurait eu plus de sustain... mais l'essai est gagant. Merci Paiste.
