This is a great cymbal, not so much a crash as an FX - I prefer it to a China, it also cover big splash duties. I can see why they are popular, though the reduced price kind of made it affordable. I'm putting together a replica of the J-LaToiya setup I've seen in this video - only the 16" HHx Evolution Crash to go ;-)

Great sound, in any way you hit it. Great sustain and great body.

Can't really say much about its durability, because I just bought it. I would say Sabian is the kind of brand you can trust in.

If you are looking for a trashy like sound but with a classy and groovy touch, that's the cymbal to get.
