Being a bassist who loves the deep sound of gut strings, it took me a while to get use to the Flexocores
They are a great option for bowing
You can deffinetelly cut through the rest of the instruments
They are very easy to play, tension is just great for medium low action.
As pizzicato also cut through, but this aren't strings for jazz or country music.
The quality is high standard
I would recomendit for soloist classical music bassist

Estas pirastro me recuerdan al las flexocor que llevo usando toda la vida, ¿por que ponen Deluxe? These pirastro remind me of the flexocor that I have been using all my life, why do they say Deluxe?

Lo primero, me gustaría pensar que ha habido alguna mejora con respecto a sus antecesoras Pirastro Flexocor, pero hasta el momento (tras 5 meses tocandolas) veo que mantienen su brillo y dulzura característica de estas cuerdas. Por lo tanto vamos a pensar que todo eso se incluye en la palabra DELUXE.
Por otro lado a los que hemos usado Pirastro Flexocord toda la vida aseguro que no solo no van a decepcionar sino que ademas van a gustar. También por su flexibilidad y tensión media "agradable". El sustain con el pizzicato esta mejor logrado que pirastro flexocord (otro punto para DELUXE). Y en resumidas cuentas ya os contare la vida útil de las cuerdas

Klassiker in neuem Gewand

Pirastro Flexocor - seit Jahrzehnten der Klassiker unter den Stahlsaiten für Orchester. Die Deluxe-Ausgabe hat für mich einen definierteren Pizzicato-Klang und ein helleres Klangspektrum, ohne an Tiefe einzubüßen. Stimmstabilität und Bogenansprache sind wie gewohnt Pirastro-typisch erstklassig.

des cordes faciles à jouer

C'est la première fois que j'utilise ces cordes.Elles sont particulièrement homogènes et la tension est très agréable.
De plus , elles se sont "faites" très rapidement . En pizzicato cela peut manquer un peu de profondeur mais un jeu à l'archet de belle sonorité.
