Gute Ergänzung Good addition

Ich habe das PureLink als Ergänzung für den K&M 12185 Laptop-Ständer gekauft, um einerseits die richtige Stecker-/Kabelhöhe, relativ zum Rand das Laptop-Ständers, zu bekommen und andererseits ein biegsameres Kabel an der Buchse des MacBookPro anzuschließen, um dieses zu schützen. Das längere, härtere und schwerere HDMI-Kabel wird dann an die senkrecht hängenden weibliche Buchse des PureLink gesteckt.
Bei der Übertragung habe ich bisher keine Einbußen erkannt. Verarbeitung gefällt mir.

I bought the PureLink as a supplement to the K&M 12185 laptop stand, on the one hand to get the correct plug/cable height, relative to the edge of the laptop stand, and on the other hand to connect a more flexible cable to the socket of the MacBookPro to protect it . The longer, harder and heavier HDMI cable is then plugged into the vertically hanging female socket on the PureLink. So far I haven't noticed any losses during the transfer. I like the workmanship.

Rien à redire côté fonction - le signal passe très bien, tout comme l'audio. Le câble lui-même est solide, tout comme le connecteur femelle, qui est entièrement enrobé. Pour 5 étoiles en qualité de fabrication, il aurait juste fallu que les connecteurs soient dorés.

Je n'ai pas d'écran 4k, donc je ne peux rien dire sur la compatibilité 4k.

Nothing to complain about in terms of function - the signal comes through very well, as does the audio. The cable itself is sturdy, as is the female connector, which is fully coated. For 5 stars in manufacturing quality, the connectors should just have been gold. I don't have a 4k screen, so I can't comment on 4k compatibility.

Unflexibel . . . . Inflexible . . . .

Ich brauchte nur eine kurze Verlängerung für ein HDMI Kabel, wollte kein neues kaufen das dann viel zu lang ist. Gute Verarbeitung, einwandfreie Funktion . . . . .
aber leider so dick und starr bzw. unflexibel das ich es für meinen Zweck nicht einsetzen kann.
Ebenfalls negativ: Die Kontakte der Stecker sind mit Plastikkappen geschützt, die kann man wegwerfen. Leider unnötiger Plastikmüll denn im Plastikbeutel wird das Kabel sowieso schon geliefert . . . .

I only needed a short extension for an HDMI cable; I didn't want to buy a new one that would be much too long. Well-made, works perfectly... but unfortunately, it's so thick, rigid, and inflexible that I can't use it for my purposes. Another negative: The connector contacts are protected by plastic caps, which can be thrown away. Unfortunately, this is unnecessary plastic waste, since the cable is already delivered in a plastic bag...
