Good Price, okay quality

You get what you pay for, I bought multiple of these strings because I find this and the top E the first to go. This string sounds okay, it's not massively bright and will feel old after a single gig / long practice session. Cleaning would elongate it's sound life, but its more an emergency string that can be pulled out instead of wasting 1 out of a full set. Some last longer than others, I've had some snap quite quickly and others deteriorate though I usually change the string due to its sound before it snaps.

Recommended as a back up, would't recommend as a primary string set (if you bough one of each).

Not easy to find gauge!

Not easy to find this gauge size, so glad Thomann sells them. I use them to customize my strings set. The quality is the same as HB ones.

Not the best string, but very cheap. I use these pyramid strings as back-ups on tour, so I don't have to change the whole set...

Perfect strings for my ES-125 replica

For bright guitars, these strings gives a better ballance for that mellow vintage sound - yet bright enough. Tried Ernie Ball Slinkys (one of my favorite strings) on this guitar, but the guitar was way too bright.
