Zeer bruikbare en breed inzetbare gitaar

Ik kocht deze gitaar vanwege de piëzo pickups. Binnen een week werd deze netjes verpakt geleverd.

Eerst de piëzo pickups: hoewel het geluid ervan natuurlijk nooit helemaal een akoestische gitaar kan evenaren, is het meer dan acceptabel voor incidenteel gebruik. Vooral met een klein beetje bijmengen van de normale elementen is het geluid prima.

De gewone pickups: Actieve elementen, meer dan genoeg output om je gitaarversterker fors de distortion in te krijgen, maar ook clean klinken ze prima. Door gebruik te maken van de coil split wordt het geluid veel helderder en komen de typische stratocaster geluiden tevoorschijn.

Features: meer dan voldoende. Het enige wat ik mis is een aparte output voor de piëzo pickup: deze had dan z’n eigen effect chain ingekund.

Afwerking: matte hals, dus plakt niet. Kleine onregelmatigheid in de lak op één plek. Niet zichtbaar, wel voelbaar. Stoort niet.

Prijs/kwaliteit. Tsja, ik heb ‘m gekocht, dus vind ik dat die gewoon prima is :-).
