I've used this type of multicore to link studio monitors to the mixer (L R) passing inside the wall up to a junction wall box.

Not very flexible, it is not proper for patch cable on stage,
and also when installed, as in my case, pay attention to the curves of every core near the ending plug connections, keep in mind the real spaces around a rear patch panel rather than inside a wall mounting box.

Well built but too stiff

2 pair cable, a bit too well built. There are two stiffeners and the cable OD is much larger than required. Cable would work well for installation but not great for a mobile flexible flying lead (eg wired IEM beltpack).
