Nestled within the silver-coloured housing of the Stairville Stage Flood Inst QCL 24x10W are 24 high-performance LEDs that are capable of illuminating medium to large stage backgrounds, walls, and facades. These LEDs can provide red, green, blue, and white light, thus giving the user a wide range of vibrant colours and pastel tones. Designed to withstand outdoor conditions, this light fixture combines durability and power at an affordable price, and those requiring still more LEDs can also opt for the double-decker version, which has a 48x10W configuration. The Stage Flood Inst QCL is specifically designed for precise fixed installation and comes with open-ended cables.
The Stairville Stage Flood Inst QCL 24x10W boasts an impressive array of features. Housed within are a total of 24 powerful RGBW LEDs, each with an output of 10W, resulting in a power consumption of 248W. These LEDs emit a bright light with a 45° beam angle and can be controlled via DMX on three to eleven channels, or using the buttons next to the built-in display. In addition to fixed colours and colour fades with adjustable speed, the range of features on offer here also include automatic programmes and a strobe effect. Built according to the IP65 protection standard, this 42.7cm-long spotlight is not only dustproof but also protected against water from any angle, making it suitable for outdoor use. For installation, it should be connected to the power supply and, if necessary, to the DMX chain using appropriate cables.
The Stairville Stage Flood Inst QCL gives users a professional floodlight suitable for medium to large live clubs and theatres that casts broad light accents on backdrops or side walls. Theatre operators are also sure to appreciate its fanless design, which makes it ideally suited to quiet environments. Outdoor event organisers and those looking to illuminate impressive building façades will in turn benefit from its robust metal housing and IP65 protection rating. Whether it is positioned at stage portals or in front of entrance columns, the LED panel can be tilted steplessly, so its medium-wide beam angle can be deployed to great effect in numerous situations.
Since it was introduced in 1994, Thomann's in-house brand Stairville has been a permanent fixture in the store's product range. The brand primarily focuses on the field of stage lighting in general, and its products include spotlights, moving lights, and theatre lighting as well as smoke machines, electronic control systems, and every other accessory you can think of. Thomann constantly has around 1,600 Stairville products on offer, and the figures speak for themselves: Statistically, one in every fifteen Thomann customers owns at least one Stairville product. Incidentally, the name "Stairville" is also a catchy English translation of "Treppendorf", the town that Thomann calls home.
Placing Stairville Stage Flood units on each side of a venue's entrance can make it eye-catching and appealing. The silver housing remains discreet during the day and offers various possibilities, such as static lighting reflecting the colour of the club logo during times of closure. When the sun goes down, chaser lights can then be used to entice people to come in. Without DMX control, users can choose from ten pre-programmed fixed and customisable chaser sequences in master-slave mode. These sequences complement the club's music and enhance the atmosphere, attracting partygoers with colourful flashes or strobe effects.
