Startone Piano Accordion 96 Black MKII

I ordered a Startone 96 keys accordion from India on the Thomann.de online store. The purchase formalities were quite simple and fast. I opted for bank payment and all the purchase process was completed within 3 days of the order. The communications with the Thomann team was through email and chat.
Even though i was worried about the delivery since it has to travel from Germany to India, the delivery process was also as fast enough. It took about 3.5 weeks to get the package delivered to me. The customs process clearance was fast, thanks to Thomann and DHL for the good service.
Finally the package arrived and had to pay the customs fees at the local post office. The package was well packed. Outer package was not in perfect condition but the inner package box was in good condition and the accordion was packed safely in the carry case.
Overall, i am happy with Thomann purchase, delivery, and other procedures.
