This Superlux stand is an affordable option when you need a tough tall stand for high mic placement. Solidly built, not too heavy, manageable size when collapsed and extends up to about 12 feet.

Very very sturdy, also quite heavy, which is what you want. If you need reach or headroom this does it perfectly. build quality is superb and the feet extend very wide. It also comes with a carry bag. best value/quality mic stand Ive ever bought for its price

Much taller than your average mic stand, and a lot heavier too. Very sturdy option for over head drum mics.

really good, I use it as overhead, supports two small diaphragm mics in XY configuration but is stable and quality, I did not think, recommended for all those situations where you need a certain quality and stability, given that it is small, it occupies enough space but it's worth it!
