Effective, but overpriced
Michaeltmusic 01.08.2024
Works great on my practice kit. I use Evans db one heads on snare and toms. The Evans db one bass heads were very expensive so I decided to try this beater. It reduces the attack significantly, and matches the volume of the dB one snare and tom heads nicely. I think it's a little expensive for what it is, but only time will tell if the durability matches the price.

not bad, but not the same as a normal beater
xlaburu 06.08.2024
It is silent, I have to say. I use it on a bass drum with Millenium QuiHead Mesh Head and I can say that the neighbours will not be bothered by it since it renderes it only perceptible to the person playing the drums. Response wise, well, it is foam, it does not have the mass and weight of a normal beater,, so obviously it's response will not be the same, not even on my Tama Speed Cobra, other than that, it is quite decent all in all. As others have pointed out, I think it is a bit pricy too, we will see over time if it resists the time or if it will desintegrate before making it's price worthed.

Superb at reducing noise and vibrations
Mongo Shakers 15.01.2018
This is an ingenious and innovative way to reduce the sound and vibrations that can travel through floors when practicing. I use it on my electronic kit which is in the top floor of our house. It has significantly reduced the level of sound/vibrations caused by my kick pedal. I strongly recommend it if you need to reduce the volume of sound from your drum practice.
