Good but needs numbering to correspond to 3FB.

A good little box for collecting (say) your mic tails together. Used to collect up some stage mics tails to route to where the S16 digital snake box is positioned.

Metal chassis, but not Neutrik connectors at this price point.

I had to label it up to match the numbering on the partnered 3FB breakout box. The tails are coloured on this product but numbered on the 3FB, so to know which-is-which you'll have to add your own number labelling to the tails. Maybe Thomann could take this requirement as a product revision.

These things are life changing.

At first it just seems like a great idea, but the more I used these the more it just made sense. Less clutter on stage, less mess, everything is far more organised, I even run these out of a 4-way rack DI on stage so a single cat5 is all it takes to get the signal where it needs to be. Same with the outputs from the crossover to the amps, it just makes sense! I’ve even been able to use these in situations where I needed to be creative transferring DMX with AES/EBU and two channels of analog audio.

There are lots of options available here and I’m grateful that this stuff just works without any loss in signal quality. It’s worth watching Dave Rat’s stuff online to see how much efficiently cat5 transfers audio over long distances compared to standard mic cable. I’m astonished cat5 with audio didn’t happen sooner, it just makes sense!

Great breakout tail for audio too

I use this to receive audio from a cat stagebox (still from sssnake). Tip? Replace the xlr's with Neutrik, much more stable and more strain releif on the cable. It's a great product and even though I already have two I might just buy a couple more.

Game changer

I bought this to reduce the amount of cable I have running around the stage and it has literally changed our setup for the better. I can’t believe I waited so long to buy a pair of these. I run it back from the drums and I will be purchasing another pair of these very soon. Great quality and they look good too.
