Thomann Classic 3/4 size

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my grandson - aged 8. He loves it and is getting on well with his guitar lessons - though I will have to tell my daughter to change the teacher as he can't read music. Overall the fit is just right for him and his hands. For the price the overall package was excellent value for money. The sound is obviously not world class but more than good enough for a learner. I would recommend it for any budding 8 - 10 year old guitarist. Delivery no problem.

Great first guitar

I bought this for my son who started lessons at school. So I figured I get something reasonably cheap but not bargain-basement.
Well when the guitar arrived I got it out expecting to re-string and tune but amazingly it came with really good d'Addario strings and was nearly in tune. It has a lovely tone, nothing too amazing but for the price I was very surprised. the finishing is excellent, I cannot fault it all. it is a small guitar so expect the sound to be lesser then a full sized model. I was so pleased with it I bought a decent padded case for it, knowing that being in a school it's likely to get knocked around. It's lasted really well and still on the same strings! Very pleased, great for the money.

Good to start with

I bought this for my kid. He's only 9 and didn't want to go with more expensive models. At first the sound seemed very disappointing, but after a couple of months it has stabilized and become warmer. Bass tones are good enough and actions is almost perfect.
