It gets the job done for awhile!

The ultimate AX-48 Pro bag is a perfect fit for the stand and includes an additional section for the boom mic stand but this is my second one and I find that the ends give away after awhile as the metal stud for the mic stand wears through, it could do with being re-enforced at both ends to make it last longer!! My first one was carried in the van with other gear so had alot of wear and tear, this one I carry myself in the car so should last me a bit longer!

Overall a good product for what you pay but I'd recommend you try and re-enforce the end yourself if you want it to last a long time!!

Very good quality. Ultimate always produce excellent equipment. Unfortunately mine was ripped in transit by a carless courier company. The stand was damaged and I had ro replace the handle and clamp. If you are freighting this stand overseas. and you have the money and I would advise getting a flight case.

Fits perfect, but not very thick canvas

I got a few little holes in it after the first use... then i adjusted the original cardboard box (made is smaller) and made that as an insert to protect the bag, it also made it stiffer, very pleased with it now..

I wore holes in my previous version of this bag and the zips broke, but that was maybe over a period of six years.

My biggest problem with these bags is that both the main section for the stand and the pouch on the outside for the mic boom arm are just an inch or two too small.

That’s in contrast to the bag I have for my old Apex stand ( the triangle shaped one). That bag was actually too long. But boy was the quality so much better than the newer bags. Thicker material and better zips.

These new ones are still worth buying though.
