Good peg shaper

When is up to peg shapers things can get expensive. This one is also expensive but you will get more then one size as taper goes 1:20, 1:25, 1:30, so you are fuly covered. You have to set it up and you have to know how to work with pag shapers. Knife is good, plastic parts are ok, manual is good. You have to also have appropriate peghole reamers in same taper to make it work as you will have to readjust pegbox also to fit the pegs on a good way. Every tool is specific and this one is good one.

Wer ab und zu einer Geige oder Bratsche Wirbel einpssen will
braucht diesen Wirbelschneider.Die zwölf verschiedenen Einsätze
bieten die Möglichkeit mehrere professionelle Wirbelschneider zu ersetzen. Sehr tauglich für die kleine Werkstatt zu Hause.
Nicht vergessen : man braucht auch noch das Gegenstück, die Reibahle mit dem richtigen Konus um die Löcher für die Wirbel sauber zu schneiden.
