This is a beautiful upgrade. It's a bit tricky ungluing the upper left thumb rest (requires a hair dryer to heat the glue up) but fitting the gold lacquer replacement is easy enough via an allen grub screw. The factory fitted lower right hand plastic thumb rest on my 1981 Yamaha YTS-62 got broken years ago and I finally decided to replace the replacment with this set. It just adds class to the looks of the horn and will never get broken again.

Une belle addition à mon Yamaha 875 EXS Custom argenté, les supports sont bien massifs et vont contribuer aux vibrations. Le seul reproche que je ferai a chaud serai le support pouce droit qui glisse alors que serré raisonnablement. Peut être faudrait il le poncer mais je doute que cela soit une solution, ou mettre de l’adhésif double face ?

Sehr solide verarbeiteter Daumenhalter. Insbesondere in Kombination mit einem verlöteten Knie, hab ich vor kurzem auf Rat meines Sadoc machen lassen, bringt der Daumenhalter aus Metall noch etwas mehr Kern in den Sound, besonders bei den Tönen mittel D und Eb, die ja sonst manchmal etwas muffig daher kommen.
