Loads of ping, loads of ding, loads of power, just a little bit of wash. Beautifully finished and buffed to a sparkling shine. Similar only to the (now obsolete) Paiste Signature dry heavy ride 20", but with slightly more wash. If you're playing something louder and heavier - Gimme Gimme Gimme That Ding! Having tried this out now, I must add that it needs a heavy stick to really bring out the full tone. I feel that oak is required rather than hickory as well. So far the only stick to achieve this for me is the Pro-Mark PW515W Joey Jordison Shira Kashi Oak.

Almost love it!...
Anonymous 01.09.2015
This cymbal is used my my favorite drummer Matt Greiner and always loved the sound of it! the stick definition is amazing and feels great to play on. It's a beautiful looking cymbal too and one of the few that when you hold by your side with a fully extended cymbal stand in the the other hand you want to scream, 'THIS IS SPARTA!!!'
I haven't given this full ratings because my band 1440 needs a ride that's more crashable and that's one thing this isn't made for. The enjoyment I get from it more than compensates and hey... that's what the crashes are for!
Unfortunately there was an error. Please try again later.

Zildjian K-Custom Ride
Hans583 28.03.2012
