An easy fix for a strap lock but would not use for any intense use, very good for light bedroom playing etc.

I have 3 pairs of metal straplocks. On a heavy guitar they wear out, but there's no way without them.
And if the guitar is about 3 kg or less, I like it without straplocks.
This saves weight and less metal ringing. Although straplocks can be lubricated with graphite.
These rubber bands are better than straplocks. The main thing is a hard end of the strap, a wide mount like on Ibanez (Preimium or Prestige) and these rubber bands on top.

Being made of rubber, this lock can be quite easily fitted over the guitar strap pins without having to unscrew them, unlike some other brands.

Ich habe 2 Strap-Lock-Systeme und 2 verschiedene "Klemmvorrichtungen" an meinen E-Gitarren in der Anwendung.
Die Strap-Lock-Systeme "tragen" entweder zu viel auf und schädigen Koffer/Gigbag, oder sie sind technisch raffiniert, elegant und flach, dafür aber kostspielig.
Die "Klemmvorrichtungen" aus mittelhartem Kunststoff mit Verriegelungsscheibe stehen bei mir immer im Verdacht bruchanfällig zu sein, und einmal hat sich auch eine Verriegelungsscheibe verabschiedet. Das war knapp!
Und nun diese "Bügelflaschenverschlussgummis de Luxe"!
Ja, das ist es! Die sitzen fest, haben durch ihre Gummitextur gute Reibung zu Gurt und Halteknopf, und ich habe keinen Zweifel, dass sie sehr lange ihre Aufgabe erfüllen werden.
Ich habe das für mich richtige System gefunden und werde wahrscheinlich 2 der so stark "auftragenden" Stap-Lock-Systeme verkaufen, um sie durch die D'Addarios zu ersetzen.
