Not the grippiest but it's not going flying off your fingers either. Other than that it's the usual Jazz III. Found these overall more comfortable to handle than the nylon ones (max grip, which has too much texture for my taste).

They’re a Jazz iii but they’re a jazz iii...

Jazz iii but slightly more bendy... great but the usual reds are just as good. I’d still say that Dunlop jazz iii red, black or black 2mm ultex are the best picks I’ve ever used and I’ve been through most boutique picks since first using them then come back again. I would recommend bevelling tho as it opens up the sound and improves speed and reduces resistance...

For any kind of playing
AndreasWine 24.04.2018
So, this picks are my favourites for the last 4 - 5 years. Used to play with the similar green ones MI but those Eric Johnson are better cause of the sharpest edge. Easy to lose them through the years cause every friend of mine, wanted one to share. Many of guitarist said that the size is a problem, but believe me the size and the sharp edge are the reason i can't stop play with passion .

Feels Good but Smaller than I thought
Anonymous 29.02.2016
The quality of this pick is good. No reason to complain but it is smaller than I expected and maybe 15% smaller than picks I am used to, but I suppose there is a good reason Eric Johnson uses this side, so buying one set is worth trying to get used to. I would give it a try but wouldn't commit to buying more until I feel comfortable with it's size. I've only used it for about 3 hours so far, but I need to practice more with it.
