Yep, that's what it was designed for and that's what it does and how!

Not much more you could say about this. As long as the thread on your cymbal stand is 8mm then these will screw on just fine. 8mm is usually the thread on the bit your cymbal goes on and 6mm for the wing nuts that tighten the different tubes on the stand.

Great upgrade for the pre-2012 dw wing nut model. I bought old stock stand which was pre-2012 model and the look of the wing nuts was bothering me, compared to my other stands. Sounds freaky I know ;)
