The other reviews already explained it: this is an all-in-one wing nut that's especially useful when a cymbal stand doesn't have a sleeve and/or wing nut. This takes care of that.

I've already had these for many years. The plastic is very tough.
Will not break, will not be chewed up soon for years.

I've bought them to replace my simple non-winged nuts. These does the job well done. There are differences between plastics and Gibraltar's wing nuts are good quality.

Very good quality, and robust. These are handy as I prefer to have the sleeve and nut all in one saves the hassle of having to check and replace the sleeve that comes as standard on some hardware,

j'ai acheté ces tilters pour ne plus mettre de feutre sur les cymbales pour quelles soient libres de résonner !!! Et c'est parfait ! Fini les papillons des pieds de cymbales qui se dévissent en jouant !
Faites attention tout de même au diamètre de vos pieds de cymbales pour que le tilter puisse se visser dessus !!
