Not ideal
Pippo Corvino 01.11.2020
I got small and medium size of those and I was surprised to see almost no size difference. They were both kind of small. They are very soft, which makes it difficult to mount on or to remove it quickly. They are black on the photos but what you cannot see on the photos is that they glitter if there is a direct light put on it. So, having it on stage will make the glitter pretty visible. Some people will like this, some other like me - not so much. And the price is a bit high for a piece of cloth.

Hmm.

Right.

I've joined a metal covers band that play a lot of songs with a lot of notes.

I had seen gubbins online that has suggested that neck wraps are really useful to help notes fall away and make room for the next notes you play, so I thought I'd have a go.

I don't think it's going to work for me.

- I prefer open strings at times, this makes the resonance when I go for a open string obviously die away too much.
- It was a complete B**l ache to get over the headstock of a bass guitar. I'm sure I tore some of the stitching doing it.
- I've seen others just use an elastic hair tie.
- The other option is the good 'ol bit of foam at the bridge which bass player have used for decades.

In conclusion, I think this my be really good for some people, but I don't think it's going to stay on my bass for long. This is as much to do with my style of playing as anything else.

" It's not you, it's me". :)

Very reasonable price and does it's job
rickyr2000 16.12.2022
I got it mainly to use during recording sessions in the studio and the truth is that it does it's job.. Used on my Squier Classic Vibe Tele and it sounds clean.. haven't heard any buzzing on the recordings.. very happy with the purchase considering how cheap and how efficient this product is! Well done Harley Benton!

Jt
Great alternative to the overpriced Gruv Gear
JxHx the Qahnaarin 27.11.2020
I use it on my 5-string bass and it does its job. Not long ago we had to choose between a unreasonably expensive Gruv Gear FretWrap and some cheap Chinese knockoff. Thank you Harley Benton.
